3. Privacy Policy
   1. By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of Virstack’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
   2. Virstack may collect and use your personal information for the purpose of providing the Platform and improving its services.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
   1. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
   2. Virstack does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
   3. Virstack is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
5. Limitation of Liability
   1. Virstack’s liability to you in connection with the Platform shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Platform.
   2. Virstack shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or your inability to use the Platform.
6. Termination
   1. Virstack may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time without notice or liability.
   2. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

   1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Virstack is incorporated.
   2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
8. Changes to the Terms
   1. Virstack may change these Terms at any time without notice by posting the amended Terms on the Platform.
   2. Your continued use of the Platform after the amended Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
